SaaS Tools, and Databases

Lots of the applications we use in the cloud from your help desk software (e.g. Zendesk) to email marketing (e.g. Klaviyo) to customer relationship management (e.g. Salesforce) create major data sources for the modern businesses of all sizes. Many companies already port this data into a datalake or other database — often times using data loading software out of the box (e.g. Stitch, Fivetran).

Datalake, Databases, and Warehouses

Where you put all your data, so it can be accessed in one place, and reported on or analyzed. The more sophisticated, and more consistent your analysis looks, the more likely you’ll have transformations that combine and store data in an organized fashion. You may also being software for this as well (e.g. dbt).

Business Intelligence Tools, and Dashboards

All your pretty charts and graphs most likely live in Business Intelligence tool (e.g. Looker, Google Data Studio, Metabase, Mode, Tableau). You also maybe have someone behind the scenes writing R scripts — yes, you are fancy.

The (New) Piece

Data files in a folder, emailed CSVs, and everywhere in between.

You’re missing leveraging all your other lightly structured data. We can help, and make it feel seamless and easy.
